This three-hour workshop will weave together mindful movement, restorative meditation, and group mentoring to support your connection with the Fire Element. We will explore how to connect with your inner fire, passion, and sense of purpose, rather than burning yourself out or letting your energy flicker under pressure. Together, we’ll reflect on frustration, anger, and feeling stuck, and how these can surface when your current path no longer reflects your true desires. By learning to work consciously with your energy, you’ll be supported in reclaiming your power, setting clear intentions, and courageously stepping into new possibilities.
